Job Description:
1. Strategic Human Resources & General Affairs.
Develop strategic HRM Policy and GA to support company business achievement within Manpower
Regulation compliance.
2. Organization & Human Capital Development Managing the development process in order to ensure readiness of employee & organization as company
business needs:
• Direct and control the Performance Management System
• Direct the Organization Culture
• Control the process of training and competency development
• Plan the Human Capital Development (Man Power Planning, promotion & career System)
• Establish the Talent LBO model
3. HR Services
Managing required services of HR in ensuring quality of services as company business required:
• Control the recruitment & selection process
• Control the remuneration process
• Direct the HR Information System
• Establish HR procedures
4. Employee and Industrial Relations
Managing activity in order to ensure the conducive relationship with employee to create a harmonic
• Direct and control the Performance Management System
• Direct the Organization Culture
• Control the process of training and competency development
• Plan the Human Capital Development (Man Power Planning, promotion & career System)
• Establish the Talent LBO model
3. HR Services
Managing required services of HR in ensuring quality of services as company business required:

Coordination with GA-IT to provide or develop the system:
• Control GA-IT to regularly change or update the office equipment
• Control GA-IT to develop or update the system
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Control the Industrial relations with employee and/or union
• Direct the termination process
• Direct the establishment company regulation/CLA
5. General Affairs Business
Coordination GA activity in order to support company business:
• Prepare Company Organization Legal Document
• Direct procurement activity
6. Management System
Coordination with GA-IT to provide or develop the system:
• Control GA-IT to regularly change or update the office equipment
• Control GA-IT to develop or update the system
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male or Female, bachelor degree from reputable university preferably majoring Human Resources
Management and or any other related academic field with similar experience.
- Age between 35 - 45 years old
- Minimum 10 years experiences in the same field
- HR practices and procedures in Company
- HR government Law and regulation
- Salary remuneration system
- Understand organizational policies and procedures
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good in English and Indonesian language
- Hard worker and able to work in a tight schedule
- Excellent skills in computer
- Good communication skills
- Organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple work activities and meet critical deadlines
- Age between 35 - 45 years old
- Minimum 10 years experiences in the same field

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Handle BOD business correspondence and Documentations, Translation,
- Supporting company’s events,
- And any other secretarial or other duties that might reasonably requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent, with minimum GPA
3.00, preferably from LPK Tarakanita, London School, or Korean Culture.
- Age between 25 - 27 years old.
- At least 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Able to speak or understand Korean language & culture is an advantages
- Attractive, good communication
- High initiative, proficient in multitasking and has ability to work under pressure
