Qualifications :
1.  Male, max 35 years old
2.  Will be Located in Jakarta Office 
3.  Min. Diploma with Technical Background or relevant
4.  2 - 3 years of technical experiences in the purchase of commodities,
5.   Know quality and rate of Materials, equipment, consumable & Tools
6.  Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures & Export Import
7.  Must have Fabrication & Construction Experience
8.  Excellent written and verbal English and Bahasa communication skills
9.  Ability to work with minimum supervision
10. Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
11. Able to work quickly and accurately

PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

·         Melakukan pengawasan dan pengendalian terhadap pengadaan material atau kebutuhan lainnya, baik untuk keperluan produksi, non-produksi maupun project
·         Mengelola, mengontrol dan memastikan bahwa semua kegiatan atau transaksi dalam proses pengadaan sesuai dengan standar dan prosedur ISO dan sertifikasi laiinya..
·         Memastikan bahwa pelaksanaan assesment terhadap semua supplier dan sub-contractor sudah dilakukan
·         Memonitoring proses pengadaan material dan kebutuhan lainnya tiba tepat waktu sesuai dengan perkiraan waktu yang telah di perhitungkan.
·         Membantu proses komunikasi antara pihak user di internal perusahaan dengan pihak supplier atau sub-contractor yang terkait dengan proses pengadaan dan jasa.

 
Requirements :

·         Laki-laki/Perempuan
·         Lulusan minimal S1 Akuntasi / Manajemen
·         Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun
·         Sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001
·         Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang baik
·         Berpikir analitis, teliti dan tegas
·         Mempunyai komunikasi yang baik terhadap pihak eksternal dan internal perusahaan serta mampu memimpin tim

- Berpengalaman sebagai sales

Tugas dan tanggung jawab:
- Mengelola database perusahaan
- Melakukan kunjunganan dan presentasi
- Membina hubungan dengan client
- Pencapaian target penjualan

1. Coordinate activities of receiving, checking, classifying, inputting, filing, summarizing,   journaling, reporting and controlling cash and bank transaction of the company and business unit.
2.       Record all financial and accounting transaction occurs in the company
3.       Prepare the financial statement  in monthly basis (income statement balance sheet, Cash flow statement, Bank reconciliations, Monthly Tax compliance)

Requirements
1.       Female
2.       S1 major in Accounting from reputable university, preferably from Bina Nusantara University
3.       Minimum of 2 year experience with proven track record in tax and accounting
4.       Good in computer literature
5.       Having comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulation
