Description:
    • Collect, analyze and confirm technical requirement from user for support related projects
    • Create documentation of the requirements in the form of Technical Specification Document (e.g. Data
      Mapping Documentation)
    • Create ETL job using IBM InfosphereDatastage or similar tools
    • Create Dashboard using SAP Business Object or Oracle Business Intelligence or similar tools
    • Analyze and confirm data source, data type, data structure and data quality to support related projects
    • Create data staging (re-useable) to support each application / system related
    • Create data mart and data cubes with Financial Services Standard reporting format
    • Support project manager to ensure the quality of the delivery of project milestones and deliverables as
                per SDLC especially for those related to technical aspects of the solutions.
    • Working together with the third parties vendor regarding the data model required for each related
      applications

Job/Technical Requirements.
  • Have at least Bachelor Degree from reputable university with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management or equivalent
  • At least 4 years working experience as Technical Consultant or ETL Developer or Database Administrator or DWH Consultant or Business Intelligence Consultant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

1.      Legal Counsel Manager         
·         Bachelor degree from reputable university.
·         Have experience minimum 8 years in Oil and Gas/Geothermal Industry  preferably  experienced multinational companies
·         Proficiency in Indonesian civil and commercial law in general, including experience with civil law, company law, labor law, administrative law and knowledge of tax, import/export, intellectual property and criminal law
·         Comprehend in using law in business contracts (SLO) and able to make a financial presentation (SFO)
·         Have ability and competency in Arbitration & Mediation skill, Litigation skill
·         Analyze and interpret national and international legislations potentially impacting to Company operations.
·         Involve and able to work in cross-functional teams and manage components of transactions by himself/herself. The individual must be able to initiate his/her task independently, build a strong relationship with stakeholders, have strong organizational ability and attention to detail, and the ability to deal with sensitive information in a professional manner.
·         Provide advice and assistance through pre-litigation phases, direct litigation and settlement processes as well as manage external legal counsel services.
·         Have significant experience in handling legal transactions - attorney work.
·         Able to provide legal advice and counsel to directors, officers and others on any legal matters.
·         Able to do legal research, communicate complex issues in both Bahasa Indonesia and English effectively. orally and in writing.
·         Demonstrate skill in providing timely and client-focused advice and counsel.
·         Demonstrate strong analytical skill and experience in working in teams and managing interpersonal Relationships.

2.      Legal Staff     
·         Bachelor degree from reputable university.
·         Proficiency in Indonesian civil and commercial law in general, including experience with civil law, company law, labor law, administrative law and knowledge of tax, import/export, intellectual property and criminal law
·         Comprehend in using law in business contracts (SLO) and able to make a financial presentation (SFO)
·         Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
·         Good negotiation and lobbying skills
·         Confident, self-reliant, high integrity, trustworthy and consistent
·         Possess strong leadership & capable of achieving goals set by management
·         The candidate must have good oral and written communication skills with pleasant disposition, proficient in MS office and IT savvy.
