We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position for our Client with following details:


 
Job Descriptions:

1.      Prepare all necessary documents to obtain related government approval on all procurement activities.
2.      Prepare and develop request for quotations, tender documents, and tender announcements. This includes giving advises to respective users on the commodity market situation, incoterms, evaluation criteria, as well as other related commercial aspect with regards to the contracting / sourcing plan of the respective service / commodity.
3.      Perform evaluation and prepare recommendation on the selected appropriate bidder list of the required services / commodity.
4.      Perform evaluation for all qualified Vendors bid/quotations and pay special attention to check the correctness of services, unit price, exception to the terms and condition and bid bond form & value.
5.      Prepare recommendation for approval on bid tabulation and winners ranking for award determination.


Job Requirements and Qualifications:
·        Bachelor’s degree min S1
·        At least 2 years working experience in procurement (oil and gas are preferred)
·        Good oral/written communications
·        Self-motivated and disciplined individual, striving for excellence.
·        Open to new experiences and able to handle uncertainties.
·        Ability to multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities
·        Able to work under pressure and within a specific timeline
·        Familiarity with SKKMigas’ PTK 007

Job Descriptions :
•        Ensure documents are well presented, in accordance with agreed formats and any company standards
•        Manage and monitor the contract value to ensure proper utilization
•        Execute new tender before expiration (if necessary)
•        Monitor supplier performance standards by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommending a related action plan. Monitor cost of products, quality of products, and delivery schedules
•        Provides customized reports in areas such as expenditures as well as start dates and closeouts for such stakeholders as auditors and executive staff. Ensures accountability and continuous improvement.
•        Serves as a liaison to the supplier and helps to address complex relationship matters related to workflow, resource management, approval chains and other areas.
•        Keep proper documentations to ensure audit preparedness at all times


Job Requirements :
§  Bachelor degree in any disciplines, technical discipline background is preferred
§  Certified in PTK 007
§  Min 5 years’ experience in relevant function
§  Currently/previously handling contracting and procurement of drilling services and materials and/or for offshore project development
§  Language Proficiency – Good in English and Indonesian Language
§  Computer Literacy
§  Basic Website online

3.   Producing a PO, which is required for:
a.     The Supplier/Vendor to start manufacturing the long lead materials and/or equipment, and mobilizing the services;
b.     Obtaining the master list, or,
c.      Sending the stock casing accessories from Vendor A to Vendor B who supplies casing, for make-up (installing the accessories on the casing), or,
d.     Sending the steel profiles from Vendor A to Vendor B who requires those steel materials for fabricating the platform, and
e.     Ensuring to materials coming into our warehouse without PO.

Job Requirements :
1.      Bachelor degree on any discipline
2.     4+ years experience in oil & gas industry.
3.      Experience and familiar with SAP application.
4.      Fluent in spoken and written English.
