1) PURCHASING & LOGISTIC ADMINISTRATOR (PLA)
    Responsibilities:
  • To handle purchase request, starting from quotation to approval process and create PO;
  • To received invoice for document completeness checking and submit to finance for payment process;
  • To handle items/parts/goods delivery for location;
  • To arrange trucking forwarder and spare parts for repair;
  • Tracking Tools used by Egineer/Technician;
  • To monitor expired tools to be fabricated;
  • To file and monitor tools certificate and validity;
  • To prepare monthly report for monitoring and tracking duties

2) INVENTORY ADMINISTRATOR (IA)
     Responsibilities:
  • To check on workshop inventory report.
  • Daily update for inventory list.
  • To report on a biweekly schedule to Supervisor
  • To assist Supervisor in inventory audit
  • To assist in processing CIPL for import


Qualifications:

  • Preferably Female.
  • Minimum Diploma graduated from School Of Transportation Management or any major or equivalent senior high with min. 3 years experiences in the same position.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Good attitude, honest, hardworking, trustworthy and well organized.
