Job Responsibilities:

PT. Patra SK is a Joint Venture Company in Indonesia between PERTAMINA PATRA NIAGA (Indonesia) & SK Lubricants (South Korea), to produce Lube Base Oil. The production is Plant in Dumai which has been operating since April 2008.

Currently we are recruiting the vacant position as follow:

HR & GA Staff (HGS)

      Job Description:
 
 1.   Compensation & Benefit (C & B)
·       Maintain company’s C&B.
·       Review the C&B. compitetiveness outside and inside of the company for consideration.
·       Execute payroll process and other benefits for employee and secondee.
·       Prepare pph 21 calculation, and reports
·       BPJS processing, and reports.
·       Annual performance records, compile, and formulation
·       Other things related with C & B, including review and evaluation.
 
 2.   People & Organization Development
·       Review and employee mapping based on competency matrix
·       Together with User to prepare yearly training based on company’s plan
·       Prepare HR Training program (internal & external)
·       Make a proper records of employee training related with each competency.
·       Prepare career path together with Manager in line with company’s plan
·       Job analysis related with C&B for fairness.
·       Review the training policy and effectiveness
·       Process the mutation employee, promotion, including the organization structure
·       Review the Company’s culture periodically.
·       Other thins related with training and OD
 
  3.     Supporting in recruiting process, industrial relation, maintain HRIS, and other HR Matters.
  4.     Supporting General Affair activity

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate from any major of reputable University but preferably from Law, Psychology, and Information Management.
  2. Having experience maximum 3 years, but fresh graduate are welcome.
  3. Age between 23 - 27 y.o
  4. Good communication in English and Indonesia
  5. Pleasant attitude, and humble.
  6. Good in computer program and familiar with HRIS will be an advantage.
