Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences

- A team-oriented approach, with a willingness to receive feedback and iterate on designs

- 5+ Years Experience in software development Knowledge in Agile methodology of running projects 

- Excellent understanding in the concept of APIs and Frontend-Backend communication 

- Strong knowledge in Java Spring Boot / Node JS / GO

- Proficient understanding in Mobile App SDK (Java, Kotlin, React Native) 

- Strong knowledge in SQL Server, Mysql efficient table schema & database querying 

- Knowledge in Golang (added-value) 

- Experience with NoSQL databases and related implementations

- Knowledge of modern development principles and best practices (Object Oriented Programming, Design

- Patterns, unit testing, continuous integration and deployment) 

- Release & Configuration management practices, Git and CI/CD. 

- Experience in leading a team of developers. 

- Experience in testing and test frameworks. Experience in designing database schemas 

- Bonus if you have Chatbot/ Machine learning/ Natural Language Processing/ Python coding experience 

- Good teamwork skills, capable in collaborating with other team members

- A self-starter who loves to own things end-to end
