 Role : IT Project Manager

Level : Senior Min. 6 years of experience

Requirements :

1. Has experienced as IT Project Manager at least 6 years in banking, insurance and multi finance industry. Has experienced in product software development in banking and insurance industry at least 6 years.

2. Has experienced in web technology for software development and build mobile application in banking, insurance and multi finance industry. Has knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.

3. Has good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works. Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.

4. Strong knowledge of SDLC & waterfall theory, rules and practices, and know about context and practices of BRD, FSD, and TSD Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices, and know about of scrum structure and its roles and responsibilities.

5. Has knowledge of other Agile approaches, like: Kanban, Crystal, FDD, XP, etc.

6. Has knowledge about other methodologies other than Agile-Scrum, so that he can explain other methodologies to motivate his team. Has basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs.

7. He should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.

8. Has ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time. Know how about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.

9. Has knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc. Familiar with common development practices, Service oriented environments, and Agile practices. Has scrum master certification, or have attended to scrum master training is a plus.

10. Has experienced before in SDLC, or waterfall framework in software development in banking, Insurance & multi finance industry Has in-depth knowledge on core banking, core insurance and multi finance system.
