Responsibility:
*  Contribute in All Phases Of the Development
    Life cycle.
*  Write Well Designed, Testable, Efficient code.
*  Ensure Code are in Compliance with specifications
    and Software Design.
*  Prepare and Produce Releases of Software
    Components.

Requirement:
*  Candidate must posses at least IT.Bachelor Degree
*  Have strong logical & Analytical thinking.
*  Hands on experience in designing and Developing Application Using:

    - Familiar with SQL Language and can operate
       database design tool.
    - Familiar with database engine, interface and
      connector (PostgreSQL, pg Admin, and JDBC).
    - An Advantage if:   Experience to develop Native
      Android Application.
    - Required Language: Indonesia & English.

(C) " Business  Analyst"  = 1 person.

*  Analyze, document and propose solutions for
    specific industry/ business areas.
*  Create functional specification and assist in
    the preparation of test plans.
*  Collect, understand and transmit the business
    requirements for the project and translate those
    into functional specifications and detailed test
    plans.
*  Analyze and document business process.
*  Documents workflows and results of business
    analysis to obtain sign-off from client on the
    specification.
*  Provide the link between the customer,
    development team and any third party regarding
    software functionality, throughout the
    development life cycle.
*  Design and Execute test scenario and test scripts.

Requirement:
*  Experienced in Analyzing and Documenting
    Business Processes (Existing and New
    Requirement).
*  Experienced in Writing requirements specifications
   and test scripts as well as running the test for
   Information Systems Development.
* End to End Experience of project life-cycle in
   Software Development as Developer, System
   Analyst, and IT Business Analyst.
*  Results Oriented with good communication and
    interpersonal skills.
*  Good collaboration in team work.
*  Prefer experienced in many kind of industries &
    experienced in HR System would be an advantage.
*  Good written & Conversational in English.
