We are drilling company established in 2009, we provide services to oil and gas industry and geothermal in Indonesia.

We seeking for best candidates to fill vacant position for :

HR MANAGER

Requirements :

·         Male / Female

·        local Chinese people, can speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa

·         Education minimum bachelor degree majoring in Law or Psychologist from reputable university

·         Minimum experience 5 years with the same level and position, with 2 years experience in oil and gas company

·         Have a good knowledge with HR System, Labor Law, Indonesia Manpower Regulation, Indonesia Immigration Regulation, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Payroll and Taxation is must

·         Strong communication, negotiation, liaison and representation skill

·         Human resource management skill and capabilities : Organization Management, recruitment, placement & termination staff, learning and development, training, career management, compensation & benefit management, performance management, employee relation, define budget target preparation.

·     Preferable previous from Chinese company

·      Ability to self-motivate, team player attitude, paying respect to deadlines and attention details
