Currently we are looking for motivated person and target progress oriented to join and fill the positions as follows:

URGENTLY REQUIRED

IT Application Support

Qualifications :

1.  Male or Female, max 35 years old

2.  Will be Located in Jakarta Office, Client, & Site

3.  Must bachelor degree majoring in Computer Sciences/ Information Technology from an accredited institution

4.  Experience minimum 2 years  or Fresh Graduate

5.  Database System and PL/SQL, Report development preferably Crystal Report and Business Object, Unix shell scripting, Web programming, Project management.

6.  Fluent in English both verbal and written, having minimum English Test Aptitude score of TOEFL Paper/CBT/IBT 510/180/64 or IELTS 5.0 preferably.

Soft Skills

We are looking for a fast learner, self-starter with initiative, must have good interpersonal and communication skills. Possess team player attitude, result and service oriented with a very strong analytical and problem solving skill.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITY

 

Provides all aspects of day-to-day application support to deliver a reliable, stable and effective application system, which includes (but not limited to):

• Handle and resolve user requests’ by analyzing root cause and processing request adhering to application support processes,
• Handle project deliverables to complete activities as stated in project plan/timeline,
• Work with other team in IT to maintain service reliability and performance
