ADMIN OFFICER (INTERNSHIP)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Handling general office administration, secretarial duties & travel arrangement
• Handling documentation for pitching
• Preparing pre and post -administration for company’s events and project
• Maintain communication with internal and external parties in all levels
• Handling all level guests and clients
• Preparing and attending Executives’ meeting, functions and events
REQUIREMENTS:
ü Professional looking
ü Mastering in Microsoft office, filling system, and internet social media
ü Able to use graphic design and multimedia program will be an advantage
ü Able to handle multitasking assignments
ü Attention to detail, smart, fast learner and pleasant personality
ü Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Indonesian and English is a MUST
ü Ready to work As soon as possible
ü Duration of work from Mid July – Dec 2016
