1. Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University (Human Resource Management)
2. Preferable Graduated from Management HR, Accounting, Law or Psychology
3. Calculating Payroll (Take Home Pay) of personnel
4. Prepare a Business Travel Latter
5. Creating contract drafting for new or extend personnel
6. Preparing invoice (reimbursement medical, salary)
7. Counting employee's overtime (time-sheet)
8. Updating and filing all about insurance (such as employees in & out, excess claim)
9. Input & Count data for Jamsostek & BPJS (new hire)
10. Report Monthly Data Management of Human Resource
11. Prepare schedule for interview and make an Invitation to candidates
12. Prepare Interview Process & Testing
