Currently our client a Mining Construction Company, mainly as Project Management, Engineering Services, Steel Fabrication, and Site Erection in Indonesia requires position as below:
HRD Manager
Work and based location: Gresik, East Java - Indonesia
Qualifications:
- From Gresik Resident / East Java Area
- Bachelor Degree Preferable. Psychology, Management or Law Major
- Have at least minimum 10 years proven HR work experiences in managerial position, preferably in Manufacture Company
- Knowledge about the Law of Industrial Relations
- Knowledge of legislation related to Labor , Company Regulation , Licensing Industry
- The ability to negotiate , persuasion , counseling
Responsibilities:
- Implement policies, procedures, controls implementation, and provide reports related to general administrative / branch office in Gresik which covers the completeness, facilities, equipment, work space, the environment office / workshop, licensing, transportation, communication, common protocol.
- Ensure that all policies are created and applied at the branch Gresik Company’s in accordance with all applicable government regulations.
- Applying policy and ensure the security of all company documents both in hard and soft copy
- Ensure that all activities of communications and information technology (IT) goes well and according to the procedure
- Management and coordination of reception companies
- Management and coordination of the entire business travel process all employees of the Company
- Provide evaluation, control, and reporting on the financial activities of the assets and the costs of each branch offices and subsidiaries
- Ensuring policy, the objective of the Corporate Human Resources Epiterma runs and implemented
- Implementing the strategy of Human Resources of Corporate by running the policy related department accountabilities, Including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations
- Run the policy and reporting of all activities related to Human Resources that include; recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions staff; maintaining compensation; Determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
- Reported financial strategy of Human Resources activity.
- Provide support to the Corporate Human Resources human resources by providing advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications
- Improving knowledge and employability by participating in conferences or any education or training opportunities; reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
- Conduct an annual review and provide recommendations to the Corporate Human Resources for the development of company policy, procedures and execution
- Provide assistance to the Corporate Human Resources at the annual review of program-related salary
- Represent the company in every activity of the existing Industrial Relations.
