URGENTLY REQUIRED - HR Officer (HRO)

PT Imeco Group Companies, National Oilwell Varco – Corporate Division, is looking for qualified and experienced individual to join our professional team in Jakarta as follow :

HR Officer (HRO)

  General Requirement:

 1. Bachelor Degree in all major preferably in  Psychology/ Management/ Law/   

     Secretary/Administration

2.      Min. 2 years of working experience in Human Resources, preferably in

3.      Able to work individually and in team, have good and strong attitude

4.      Have good knowledge about Labor Law

5.      Good at operating Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)

6.      Good knowledge and have experience in Expatriates Licenses (IMTA, KITAS, etc)

7.      Good speak and write English and Bahasa

8.      Experiences in Oil and Gas industry will be an advantage

9.      Able to travel

10.    Preferably based in Jakarta

Responsibilities:

 

1.      Recruitment, People Development, and other tasks related

2.      Assisting in Payroll

3.      Maintaining HR activities

4.      Handling BPJS, Health Insurance

5.      Expatriates Permit License (KITAS/IMTA/etc.)

6.      General HR Duties
