demand, MSI is looking for outstanding employees to fill in the vacant
position of:*

*Presales Engineer Server & Storage (1 person)*

*Presales Engineer Network & Security (1 person)*

* Presales Engineer Voice & UC (1 person)*

*Responsibilities:*

   - Explain detailed technical aspects/ solutions to customers and partners
   - Be responsible for generating proposals and quotations; presenting and
   articulating proposal to customer
   - Develop and maintain close marketing and sales relationship
   - Work closely with account managers and be the primary liaison person
   for providing related information, and addressing and resolving customer
   inquiries and issues
   - Help customers identify their issues, needs and requirements


*Requirements:*

   - Minimum Degree in Telecommunication Engineering
   - Min 2 years' experience in telecom / IT industry as pre-sales
   technical support engineer
   - Knowledge of Server & Storage & Virtualization / Network & Security /
   Voice & UC
   - Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service
   operations
   - Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
   - Self-motivated, aggressive and good communication skills
