We are looking for a self-driven and motivated professional who
can sell a variety of services including: Fishing Tools across multiple customer

Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Fishing Tools business development in Indonesia and Asia Pacific.
- Working individually and as part of a team to identify and build new customer accounts, as well as service and maintain existing accounts.
- Plan and organize local sales strategy in cooperation with management
- Participate in industry organizations and attend trade shows and conferences
- Direct technical sales and presentations to existing and prospective customers
- Provide customers with samples and catalogs.
- Analyze customer needs and interests and determine how company products and services can best meet their needs
- Answer customers' technical questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
- Provide written estimates, quotations and delivery for customer projects.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing customer support.
- Monitor market conditions, customer’s needs, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, inventory, and sales.
- Achieve sales goals and forecasts, as established by management.
Qualifications:
- Science / Engineering based Technical Degree: Engineering, Geology, Geophysics, Chemistry etc.
- Overseas education will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years field experience in operating Fishing Tools.
- International experience will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the BOWEN Fishing Tools will be an advantage.
- Sales experience in Oil & Gas Business will be an advantage.
- English fluency - spoken and written.
- Able to give technical, value driven presentations to small and large groups.
- Confident in selling to both Indonesian and International customers
- Experience working with both local operator and contractor companies as well as International Oil Companies and contractors
- Excellent computer skills required.
