We are seeking to find
highly qualified
candidates for the following position
for 1(one) year contract:
PROCUREMENT
STAFF (PRO)
Responsibilities:
1.
Manage supplier and subcontractor assessment;
cooperate with project engineers and/or technical concern staff to ensure the
reliability of supplier and subcontractor.
2.
Obtain quotation from reliable candidates
of supplier and subcontractor.
3.
Perform negotiation in the terms of
price, goods delivery time/completion schedule of services.
4.
Prepare price comparison table for
nonspecific complicated technical aspect specification goods and services.
5.
Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR) and
Purchase Order (PO) using AX Computerization System; obtain signing approval
according to Level of Authority.
6.
Expedite and distribute and filing PR
and PO according to requirement.
7.
Expedite goods and service according to
goods delivery date wanted and services desired completion date.
8.
Receive and verify invoice from vendor
and expedite invoice to Finance & Accounting.
9.
Expedite progress status of Capital
Expenditure approval.
10.
Assist Project Engineer in preparing
data for project cost review.
Requirements:
1.
Female or
Male, maximum 30 years old
2.
Possess at
least diploma degree in office management or accounting background is
preferred.
3.
Have good
computer skill, experience and excellent knowledge in operating PC base
application, in particular MS Word and MS Excel. Willing to operate AX
computerization System
4.
Has good
interpersonal skill
5.
Able to work
as team and/or individual independently.
6.
Able to
communicate in English, verbally and in writing is preferable.
7.
Good health,
pass medical checkup,
8.
Willing to
work in long hours
