A large group of companies that owns several 4-5 star hotels, mining, property developments, etc. across Indonesia and S.E. Asia region, is currently seeking for:

Group Head of Finance, Accounting & Tax for a Holding Company

based in Jakarta

Reports to the Group CFO & CEO

JOB DESCRIPTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

·            Providing leadership, direction and management to the finance, accounting and tax team.

·            Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.

·            Advising on business and financial planning.

Area of Responsibilities:

- Finance

- Accounting

- Tax

- Internal Audit

- MIS

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

• Minimum 15 years of finance, accounting, tax experiences with multi-industry responsibilities.

·         Good communication skills

·         Strong leadership

·         Proactive, continuous learning, teamwork

·         Entrepreneurship skills is an advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
