PURCHASING & LOGISTIC ADMIN
Responsibilities:
- To handle purchase request, starting from quotation, approval process and to create PO;
- To received invoice for document completeness checking and submit to finance for payment process;
- To handle items/parts/goods delivery for location;
- To arrange trucking forwarder; spare parts for repair;
- Tracking Tools used by Engineer/Technician;
- To monitor expired tools to be fabricated;
- To file and monitor tools certificate and validity;
- To prepare monthly report for monitoring and tracking duties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3 graduated in any major or equivalent senior high with min. 5 years experiences.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Oil and Gas industry or rig company would be an advantage.
- Good attitude, honest, hardworking, trustworthy and well organized.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, deadline oriented, and ability to multi-task.
- Able to speak and understand English is a must
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
