public company which operates in the Oil and gas field
services sector. The Company provides onshore and offshore
drilling services to oil and gas producers and other
related services. The Company operates a fleet of drilling unit comprises
submersible swamp barges, jack-up rigs and onshore drilling rigs.
We are
looking for qualified candidates for the position below:
1. HR Operation Staff
Jobdesc:
·
Provide technical advice related
to HR aspects for Rig Personnel.
·
Resolve and handle all personnel disputes
and problems.
·
Provide advice to Supervisor
related to Training and Development.
·
Working together with head office
on in-house training as required.
·
Administer medical provider
matters.
·
Prepare all HR related reports to
Head Office and local government as required.
·
Control and monitor all database
of Labour Supply related to operation such as: CV, MCU, training etc.
·
Administer all formalities
document related to Expatriates.
·
Assist and provide tender
preparation related with HR matters.
·
Dealing with other operational
related external parties such as travel agent, hotel.
Requirements:
·
Bachelor degree in any major
·
Having 2 – 3 years of experience in related
field in oil & gas or mining industry
·
Good communication skill
·
Good command in English, both written and spoken
2. Accounting Staff
Jobdesc:
·
Checking
and reviewing all incoming invoices directed and finding out the related PO
finding
·
Checking
and reviewing tax facture from west and east district
·
Checking all the PO related to invoices
·
Posting
Account Payable journal based on invoices, tax facture
·
Responsible
for the process of general ledger of its subsidiaries.
Requirements:
·
S1 in Accounting
·
Having Brevet A, B, C Certificate
·
Having 2 –
5 years of experience in Accounting
·
Good command in English
3. General Services (GS) Staff:
Requirements:
·
Pendidikan D3/S1
·
Laki-laki
·
Memiliki 2 – 5 tahun pengalaman General Affair/
General Services
·
Berpangalaman mengurus ATK, fasilitas kantor, transport, travel, tagihan listrik, memanage
OB/OG dan kurir, dan lain-lain yang menyangkut general affair
·
Mengerti administrasi/arsip perkantoran
·
Pekerja keras, cekatan, dan jujur
·
Memahami bahasa Inggris
