We are an Established Company for Oil and Gas Services, which was rewarded ISO 9001 & 14001 and API 6A, 16A then seeking qualified experienced people with strong interpersonal skill, capability to fill recruitment as follows :

HR & GA MANAGER 

The requirements as follow as  :

1. S1 Business Law/Civil Law/Psychology Degree

2. Have the ability and strong knowledge in terms of recruitment, employment, benefits and compensation, human resource training and improved performance, Able to work under pressure, able to motivate and be the best ability of HR  have integrity / honesty, discipline, hardworking and responsible, both as individuals and as a team

3. Gender : Male max 45 years old

4. Having and Good Command in English both and oral written

5. Having experience in HRD & GA minimum 5 years in the company who’s the number of employee is more than 75.

General Qualification:

1. Ability to create reports and data on ms.office (excel and word)

2. Having Good Attitude, Good Personality, High Dedicated & Fully responsible

3. Ability to work both individually and team

4. Domicile in Jakarta & willing to be placed in Jakarta area
