PROCUREMENT MANAGER (Code: PRCM)

Qualification:

1. Male or Female, with max. 40 years old
2. Bachelor Degree (S1) Technique (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Instrument, Chemical, Civil)
2. Must have an experience in EPC Project
3. Min. experience 5 until 10 years as Manager
4. Ready to join ASAP and will be place in Home Office Jakarta

Responsibility:

a)      Manage all procurement activity (Procurement Plan, Purchasing, and Expediting) for EPC Oil & Gas or Non Oil & Gas Project:

v  Purchasing of material/equipment (local and overseas), rental heavy equipment, and Installation/Erection subcontractor.

v  Expediting (monitoring, reporting and client inspection arrangement to local/overseas factory).

v  Coordination with Custom Clearance & Transport Section for Shipment Coordination

b)      Sourcing vendor & subcontactor for technical support and commercial proposal for tender / bidding stages.

c)       Improvement of Procurement Activity Monitoring System,

d)      Improvement additional Vendor Database, Material/product Code system for Axioma ERP system.

e)      Develop Procurement Procedure & Implementation of QMS Materials Management System for Projects.

f)       Advice and support Client Procurement Department for purchasing process on Project execution phase.
