A. RECEPTIONIST

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :

The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

SCOPE

The Receptionist reports to the HR Manager and is responsible for providing office and clerical services.

PERSONNEL QUALITIES REQUIRED

- Hold educational background in hospitality, administration, hotel or 
- Having Min 3 Years of Experience in related position or similar position
  in Multinational Company
- Able to work in Multi-Cultural international setting
- Attention to detail and good communication style
- Unquestionable integrity and honesty
- Computer proficiency is a must
- High proficiency with written and spoken English is a must

- Work Location : Jakarta

B. TAX ACCOUNTANT

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :

Calculating  and preparing tax payment, annual corporate tax report and giving opinion of tax issued as needed.

SCOPE

Tax Accountant will report to Finance and Accounting Manager and responsible for the Tax application based on the Tax Standards by the government and Accounting Standards.

KEY RESULTS AREA

Communication:

·         Provide leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; create and promote a positive and supportive work environment.

 Other:

·         Excellent knowledge of finance, analysis, accounting, fiscal, tax, risk and compliance, information technology

·         SAP systems knowledge

Personal Qualities Required:

-  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Effective research skills to analyze and resolve complex compliance issues

-  Should be confident, a self starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic 

   ennvironmentHold educational background Accounting/ Finance Degree

-  Having Min 5 Years of Experience in related position or similar position

    in Multinational Company
-  Able to work in Multi-Cultural international setting
-  Attention to detail and accuracy
-  Unquestionable integrity and honesty
-  Good understanding of Indonesia taxation
-  Prior hands on experience with SAP is a strong advantage
-  Computer proficiency is a must
-  High proficiency with written and spoken English at a business level.
