Senior Sales Manager
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for
identifying, qualifying and closing targeted enterprise customer for our
Principle’s products and services.
Responsibilities:
1. Shape
the selling structure and culture of a technology company, developing accounts
generating new business while improving the existing relationships.
2. Selling,
branding and promoting the company to the information technology end-user
community.
3. Build
and manage the pipeline in accordance with goals. Develop and implement an
effective and sustainable sales strategy in order to enhance sales and
profitability, and review them in regular basis.
4. Responsible
for the successful of the customer’s needs fulfilling, in order to meet the
objectives of overall business plans and strategies.
5. Manage
all sales functions through field sales and marketing.
6. Keep
up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors and leading
customer strategies.
7. Responsible
to ensure department's achievements are in line with sales target and KPIs.
8. Manage
client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
Job Requirements
1.
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work
experience) business, marketing and sales or related field of study
2. Minimum
5 years of working experience in IT consulting business industry and for large projects
specifically.
3. Solutions-selling
experience and possess existing relationship in Finance & Banking,
Telecommunication, Government and Oil & Gas industry is a big plus.
4. Proven
track record in the IT industry at a high level of achievement.

Must be a self-starter.
6.
Analytical skill set, strong presentation
skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.
7.
Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work
independently or within a team.
8.
Demonstrate the ability to develop, manage and
guide the sales team.
9.
Ability to drive and motivate performance

Good interpersonal skills and professional
demeanor.
11.
Ability to think and act operationally to
deliver innovative solutions.
12.
An Effective communicator and excellent
negotiator.
