SKI-HR on behalf our Client is Multinational Company one of the private company who Consultant Engineer for Oil and Gas, Geothermal and Power plant Jakarta base in Indonesia, looking for Potential candidates of position are following:

1.       IT Support

Job Description:

§  Assists planning and implementation, maintenance and support of IT infrastructure and business applications, IT policies and information security in close collaboration with Regional Asia IT offices

§  Oversees IT troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides required expert support

§  Organize IT training programs and provides training support

§  Gather and understand business requirements or IT-related issues and provide follow-up in a timely manner

§  Coordinate IT users meetings effectively and update IT progress status to business regularly. Relays relevant IT-related information to the company in a timely manner

§  Provide local IT helpdesk support and keep track of IT issues, collaborate with regional IT and/or vendor to resolve IT needs

§  Administer management of software licensing and hardware maintenance

§  Administer the purchase of IT products and service contracts

§  Keep track and update IT hardware and software assets, and ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly

§  Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to superiors. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion

§  Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change. Manages the process of innovative change effectively

§  Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with IT and user teams.

§  Knowledge in Windows server administration, active directory, DNS, Exchange Server, VMWare.

§  Maintain network servers such as file servers, backup device, printers, router, switch, firewall.

 

Qualifications:

§  University degree in IT with min. 4 to 16 years of related IT work experience preferred in a multi-cultural environment

§  Professional certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, PMI and IT Security are added advantage

§  Excellent IT technical solution capabilities, good knowledge of business system and excellent problem solving skills

§  Good written and oral communication in English

§  With experience in project management skills
