JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International’s client: a
national group of companies comprising land clearing contractors,
constructions, coal mining and palm oil plantation, is currently
seeking for the following position:
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
(HR Director Designate)
Job Descriptions & Requirements:
To review
the organization structure of each company within the group to develop an
understanding of how the companies interact or draw resources from; also to
understand an efficient project management.
Being
able to formulate salary range within each company within the group; developing
job titles, and also reviewing the existing performance review forms, and start
introducing KPI once the group has formalized its annual budget.
Formalize
the policy/procedure of uang perjalanan dinas (UPD)
Know how
to source operators of heavy machineries, chief mechanics. He will be
assisted by the 2 existing HR staffs in JKT HQ and each HR staff within each
company within the group. Therefore, a candidate with relevant background is a
must (mining or better, land clearing contractor).
Administer
payroll, and the pertaining taxes, must ensure employees’ confidentiality at
all times.
Willing
to periodically travel to site are to asses the effectiveness of the employees
at the site.
Must have
good attitude, assertive and yet open to employees inputs without being bossy
and yet has the serving mentality.
Excellent
interpersonal skill is a must, being an HR director designate in the group.
