IT DPO (Drilling Production and Operation

Qualification:

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITY

Provides all aspects of day-to-day application support to deliver a reliable, stable and effective application system, which includes (but not limited to):

• Handle and resolve user requests’ by analyzing root cause and processing request adhering to application support processes,
• Handle project deliverables to complete activities as stated in project plan/timeline,
• Work with other team in IT to maintain service reliability and performance.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skill

Minimum S1 degree in Computer Sciences / Information Technology from an accredited institution with maximum 2 year experiences, fresh graduates are welcome.

 

Critical Skills:

Have general knowledge and experience on:

• Database System and PL/SQL
• Report development preferably Crystal Report and  Business Object
• Unix shell scripting
• Project management.

 

Soft Skills

We are looking for a fast learner, self-starter with initiative and have good interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English both verbal and written.

Possess team player attitude, result and service oriented with a very strong analytical and problem solving skill.
