Senior Engineer Network & Security (1 person)

Responsibilities:

• Explain detailed technical aspects/ solutions to customers and partners
• Work closely with account managers and be the primary liaison person for providing related information, and addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues
• Help customers identify their issues, needs and requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any discipline. We need someone who eager to network security challenge.
• Min 2 years' experience in telecom / IT industry.
• Knowledge Network & Security product.
• Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service operations.
• Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated, aggressive and good communication skills.
