1. Application Helpdesk Support

Responsibilities:
- Be active in servicing users for application issues to achieve user's satisfaction.
- Provide guidance, consultancy, support and problem resolution to assist users.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Male/ Female, preferred age range from 22-28 years old
- Able to analyze and handle application problems
- Having knowledge of basic SQL queries is an advantage.
- Able to perform application installation, setup and configuration and also provide solutions and education to users
- Capable to work both individually and in team with ability to determine the priority scale for daily tasks
- Fast learner with ability to complete task quickly, accurately and detail oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Hardware Helpdesk Support

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Able to analyze and handle computer hardware problems
- Male/ Female, preferred age range from 22-28 years old
- Able to perform PC/devices installation, setup and configuration and also provide solutions and education to users
- Capable to work both individually and in team with ability to determine the priority scale for daily tasks
- Fast learner with ability to complete task quickly, accurately and detail oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh Graduates are welcome

3. Application Technical Support

Responsibilities:
- Monitor logs and alerts, troubleshoot and coordinate with helpdesk team to ensuring high performance.
- Apply new release and ensure that highest versions/patches are used.
- Control user accesses and assign authority to all system users.
- Patching, Cloning, Performance tuning various Apps components including database.
- Skilled in scripting and automating repetitive administrative tasks.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Hands on experience with Solaris/Unix/Linux scripting and administration
- Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Initiative, proactive and fast learner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have basic knowledge in database administration and design, and SQL queries is an advantage

4. System Technical Support

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Familiar with Network Devices, various operation systems and applications
- Proficient in managing Simple Project
- Experience with Cisco, VMware and Antivirus product will be an advantage
- Experience with backup/restore methodology and implementation will be an advantage.
- Smart, quick learner, and enthusiastic person
- Able to work within a team with ability to determine the priority scale for daily tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Database Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, administer, maintain, and optimize transactional, data warehouse, and analytical database systems
- Prepare, design, and support Business Information Supports and Report Developers to develop operational and analytical reports
- Reports to Infrastructure/Application Manager

Requirements:
- Graduated (Bachelor's Degree) with good results from a reputable university majoring Information Technology/Management, Computer Science, or other related fields.
- Having 3-6 years of experience in installing, configuring, administering, maintaining database systems
- Having excellent knowledge and skills in RDBMS on Microsoft SQL Server (2000/2005/2008) database; preferably familiar as well with Oracle (10g/11g) and MySQL
- Certification in database administration would be a valuable advantage
- Preferably having good experience and skills in Unix environment (Solaris/Linux)
- Preferably having good experience and skills in data warehouse and ETL tools such as Pentaho Data Integration
- Preferably having good knowledge in OLAP/Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft DTS and Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
- Having good communication skills, good English proficiency, self motivated, and is a team player.
