Technical Support
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Information Technology discipline
- 0 to 1 year experience as Technical Support / IT Helpdesk
- Knowledge and capabilities in software/hardware instalation & networking (LAN & WAN) as well as maintenance & troubleshooting
- Experience with server operating system (Windows Server, LINUX)
- Capability to improve customer's existing IT system & infrastructure
- Knowledge in Cisco networking and products will be an advantage
Additional skills :
- Fast learner and like exploring new technologies
- Good interpersonal skills, self motivated, proactive, creative, and result oriented
- Positive working attitude and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
