IT Customer Service (Support/Helpdesk)
(Denpasar & Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible to provide first level of Information
System Technical Support and assistance to all users in area location.
Requirements:
* Minimum a Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
* At least 1 year of working experience as IT Support / Customer Support.
* Good communication skill, and fluent in English both verbal and written.
* Quick learning capability and passionate to learn new things.
* Having knowledge of ITIL concept, Presentation skill and Customer Service Excellence.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Denpasar or Jakarta.
