Record and charge expenses to relevant accounts and
cost centers

Check relevant appropriate documents submitted from
Operations team for completeness
·
Prepare payments and checks to vendors as well as
resolving payment discrepancies and documentation
·
Prepare and verify staff claims based on expense
reports and requests for advances
·
Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly
statements , bank balances and related transactions
·
Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting
account transactions
·
Assist in monthly Escrow accounts reconciliations and
records as needed
·
Develop and implement current accounting procedures
and recommends changes as needed
·
Record and reconcile incoming witholding tax for
monthly reporting to tax authorities
Job requirements :
·
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) , preferably in
Accounting with age max.30 years old
·
At least 3 years of experience in Accounting / Finance
field
·
Knowledge in standard accounting principles , tax
knowledge is a plus
·
Good analytical skills , highly motivated and detail-
oriented
·
Committed to the job , a good team player who has good
interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day accounting, tax and
financial reporting activities
Responsible for all Finance report
(weekly, monthly & yearly) including Financial Statements, Balance Sheets,
General Ledger, Statement of Cash Flow, Audit report and liaise with auditor, tax office, BPJS
Strong knowledge with Accounting procedures, Financial Instrument and well understand about HR matter (Indonesia Labor law)
Strong analytical skills, able to work indenpendently with minimum supervision
Be a business partner to Board of
Director team and provides financial advice.
Qualifications

Diploma degree in Accountancy
Minimum working experience in the same field for 2-3
years
Familiar with Accurate version 4 (Accounting System)
