Angkatan Laut (PAL). Pada tanggal 15 April 1980, Pemerintah merubah status Perusahaan dari

Ecommerce Finance & Accounting Manager (Code: FAM)
 
Description:
 
·         Record and charge expenses to relevant accounts and cost centers
·         Check relevant appropriate documents submitted from Operations team for completeness
·         Prepare payments and checks to vendors as well as resolving payment discrepancies and documentation
·         Prepare and verify staff claims based on expense reports and requests for advances
·         Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements , bank balances and related transactions
·         Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
·         Assist in monthly Escrow accounts reconciliations and records as needed
·         Develop and implement current accounting procedures and recommends changes as needed
·         Record and reconcile incoming witholding tax for monthly reporting to tax authorities  
 
Job requirements :
·         Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) , preferably in Accounting with age max.30 years old
·         At least 3 years of experience in Accounting / Finance field
·         Knowledge in standard accounting principles , tax knowledge is a plus
·         Good analytical skills , highly motivated and detail- oriented
·         Committed to the job , a good team player who has good interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day accounting, tax and financial reporting activities

Responsible for all Finance report (weekly, monthly & yearly) including Financial Statements, Balance Sheets, General Ledger, Statement of Cash Flow, Audit report and liaise with auditor, tax office, BPJS

Strong knowledge with Accounting procedures, Financial Instrument and well understand about HR matter (Indonesia Labor law)

Strong analytical skills, able to work indenpendently with minimum supervision

Be a business partner to Board of Director team and provides financial advice.
 
Qualifications
         Minimum Diploma degree in Accountancy
         Minimum working experience in the same field for 2-3 years
         Familiar with Accurate version 4 (Accounting System)
         Familiar with the latest update on Indonesian Tax regulation
         Able to exercise full responsibility over company Financial Statements
         Good interpersonal skill, good attitude, good communication skill, honest
         Preferably  having Brevet A & B
         Computer literate (Excell, Words, Power Point, Internet)
         Good English and/or Mandarin with its written communication skill
         Well understand about HR and/or Procurement’s scope is a big advantage
