ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Main
responsibilities
- Review of Accounting Entries related to AP Invoices and Overheads before posting into Accounting System and interacts with the Business Units to address issues if any.
- Ensure the efficiency of filing system and maintenance of AP / Overhead records.
- Handle Bank Reconciliations and interact with Finance Department on the correction entries.
- Handle Core Balance Sheet Reconciliations and submit report to the Accounts / Tax Manager along with comments / recommendations after interacting with the business units on the long standing items.
- Preparation of necessary schedules / reports and providing the required documents for internal / external audits & management.
Qualifications
- Male/Female with max. 33 years old
- S1 from reputable university majoring in accounting.
- At least 4 years working experience.
- Having experience in an audit /tax firm and an shipping/logistics industry is an advantage.
