GA & Transportation Officer

We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position for our projects in SAKA Indonesia Pangkah Limited with following details:

A.      Main responsibilities

1.       Lead Jakarta GS Team

2.       Transport coordination  (Manage Pool car, shuttle and Taxi voucher) include handling car expenses report

3.       Review, Supervise whole office's tidiness

4.       Stationary check and monitoring

5.       Review of courier's  usage

6.       Review invoice (JCS & pre invoice review), do GR at SAP

7.       Handle building management (building renovation, parking and access card registration, etc)

9.       Maintain mechanical office, electrical and furniture (base on request)

10.  SINAS & Storage management (base on request)

    

       B.     Requirement

1.       D3/S1 Electrical Engineer

2.       Able to create design and graphic interior using by Auto CAD

3.       Familiar to create RAB

4.       Excellent communication skills
