SALES ENGINEER ( Jakarta based )
Meningkatkan perolehan purchase order (PO) dengan cara membangun komunikasi yang baik, presentasi, pengenalan produk dan sebagainya kepada customer serta memastikan permintaan customer mengenai produk dan jasa terpenuhi sesuai dengan kemampuan perusahaan, dengan cara membuat proposal penawaran yang baik.


·         Meningkatkan perolehan order perusahaan dengan :
§  Mengadakan exhibition atau pun promotion event
§  Melakukan kunjungan secara berkala ke customer
§  Memfollow up status quotation secara berkala
§  Membangun dan menjaga relasi dengan sebanyak mungkin customer ataupun pihak terkait lainnya.

·         Melakukan  analisa  dan  evaluasi  perkembangan  serta  pencapaian market perusahaan, dengan cara :
§  Melakukan mapping customer
§  Menetapkan  rencana  untuk  penetrasi  market  atau  customer, potensial  project  yang harus difollow up dalam status quotation
§  Memberikan feedback terhadap improvement product dan customer satisfaction
§  Melakukan evaluasi market share dan PO performance analysis

·         Menjembatani proses komunikasi antara customer di sisi eksternal perusahaan dengan sisi internal perusahaan.
·         Mendokumentasikan pekerjaan dengan cara melakukan input data dan atau membuat record sesuai dengan prosedur dan proses pekerjaan
·         Support dalam hal klarifikasi teknis dan non-teknis (komersial)

·         Berdomisili di Jabodetabek (Jakarta based)
·         Laki-laki, usia 21-30 tahun
·         Pendidikan Minimum S1 Jurusan Teknik Perminyakan, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Metalurgi, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Kimia
·         Minimum pengalaman kerja 1-2 tahun sebagai sales engineer di dunia migas / geothermal / power plant / petrokimia / PLN / pupuk, dan memiliki relasi yang kuat di dalamnya.
  • Kemampuan berbahasa inggris yang baik
  • Mampu mengendarai kendaran bermotor dan memiliki SIM A/C yang masih aktif
  • Dapat bekerja cepat dan terbiasa dengan target
  • Mampu mengoperasikan program MS Office

  • To handle purchase request, starting from quotation, approval process and to create PO;
  • To received invoice for document completeness checking and submit to finance for payment process;
  • To handle items/parts/goods delivery for location;
  • To arrange trucking forwarder; spare parts for repair;
  • Tracking Tools used by Engineer/Technician;
  • To monitor expired tools to be fabricated;
  • To file and monitor tools certificate and validity;
  • To prepare monthly report for monitoring and tracking duties.
  • Minimum D3 graduated in any major or equivalent senior high with min. 5 years experiences.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Oil and Gas industry or rig company would be an advantage.
  • Good attitude, honest, hardworking, trustworthy and well organized.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, deadline oriented, and ability to multi-task.
  • Able to speak and understand English is a must
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Job Duties:
·        Responsible for Payroll, HRIS, and Time & Attendance systems with Oracle & SAP HCM Modules.
·        Recommend and implement process or system changes leading to best practice operations
·        Develop reporting and analytical needs for the business requirement, including developing regularly-scheduled reports and ad-hoc reporting
·        Manage interfaces between vendors and systems
·        Handle user requests and questions as necessary
·        To ensure the records are updated in the HRIS
·        Serve as backup to other Payroll positions
·        Additional projects, as assigned backup

Skills And Abilities:
·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Human Resources or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
·        0-4 years of related HRIS & Payroll Experience
·        Specific experience with Oracle (Geos) & SAP HCM modules
·        Proficient in Microsoft excel ( V-lookup, Pivot Table)
·        Must be detail oriented and highly organized
·        Broad understanding of all aspects of payroll, accounting and HRIS in a manufacturing and Service company.
