1. HR Officer

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree in management, psychology, human resources, or industrial relation;
• Minimum 3 years’ HR experience in a broad range of Human Resources management matters; experience in the manufacture industry is preferred;
• Familiar in dealing with government institution, preparation of reports;
• Understanding of Labor Law Regulation, formalities, manufacture environment and its regulations;
• Good interpersonal skill, good communication in English as well Bahasa able to communicate to all level (internal/external), good in planning and organizing job;
• Strong customer focus, target oriented, proactive, able to work in under pressure.

2. HSE Officer

Qualification :

• Minimum a bachelor degree in Public Health or related major.
• Have minimum 5 years experience in Manufacture Industry ( Trafo ).
• Have experience and depth knowledge in Auditor SMK3, Ahli K3 Umum, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 would be advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have proven experience and intimate knowledge in the following: The implementation and maintenance of SHE Management System.
• Auditing experience; Incident investigation and HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) is required.
• An individual with high paced, strong in conceptual thinking as well as in operational tasks.
• Ability to multi-tasking and manage deadlines.

3. Supply Chain Manager

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree with solid working experience in the related field.
• Have at least 10 - 15 experience in the same project ( Manufacture ) is preferably.
• Have a good Leadership Skills
• Exposure in a Manufacture project / start up environtment would be highly regarded.
• Good knowledge of best practices of Supply Chain, Logistic, Procurement and Contract Management espesially within mining or heavy industry.
• Strong Customer Service orientation and negotiation skills couple with excellent communication skill in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Computer Literacy including advance skill in Microsoft Office and other relevant software / ERP System

4. Manufacturing Manager

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ yrs experience in a supervisory/management role.
• Managing complex projects with a high level of ambiguity
• Experience in effectively training others at all levels in the organization on continuous improvement tools and processes.
• 10+ years in a Reliability Excellence or Production Excellence role or operations management role
• Business fluency in English
• Strong PC skills (especially within the Microsoft Office suite).
• Strong analytical skills. Directly communicates and informs stakeholders for projects with medium to high cost and risk to provide updates on the project objectives, performance measures, issues and risks.
• Advanced education/degree specifically in operations, manufacturing or other related field.
• Strong business experience and understanding of Cargill is preferred.
• Clear understanding of both CAN Production System and Cargill’s Corporate Manufacturing Excellence System
• Working knowledge of reliability practices or production excellence practices
• Demonstrated knowledge in mapping and documentation techniques
• Experience with statistical analysis tools and processes.

5. Business Development Manager

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field and/or minimum 2-4 years relevant experience 
• Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa as well as English is a pre-requisite.

• A minimum of five years’ manufacture industry experience in enterprise sales, business development, relationship building or client servicing.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
• A positive and engaging attitude in dealing with people.
• A capability to work independently, whilst taking responsibility as an individual.
• An ability to analyse opportunities and to “think outside the box”.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• High integrity, strong in multitasking, communications, good problem solving (critical, strategic and evaluative thinking), time management, interpersonal skills, and able to work independently or within a team 
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, and presentation skills 
• Demonstrated project management, time management, and organizational skills Initiative and attention to detail 
• Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in 
• Excel Experience querying data, data manipulation and report generation
• A minimum of five years’ manufacture industry experience in enterprise sales, business development, relationship building or client servicing.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
• A positive and engaging attitude in dealing with people.
