Full Description:
as personal assistant you are overall responsible, reading, monitoring and responding to directors' email, - answering calls and liaising with clients competently, - preparing correspondence on your director's behalf, - delegating work in director's absence, - diary management, - planning and organising meetings, - organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries, - attending meetings on director's behalf, - taking action points and writing minutes, - preparing papers for meetings, - taking dictation, - planning and organising events, - conducting research, - drafting communications on your director's behalf, - managing and reviewing filing and office systems, - and travel arrangement.

General Qualifications:
1.         Female, Age Max 27 Years
2.         Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree Secretarial or equivalent
3.         Working Experience Minimum 3 Years  in Oil and Gas, as Personnal Assistant
4.         Good Written and spoken in English is a mush.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:
1.       Hardware:
a.       Maintain inventory of current hardware.
b.      Lifecycle management.
c.       Plan for needs and purchasing process.
d.      Hardware maintenance to ensure optimal performance including physical inspection.

2.       Printing Management
a.       Usage monitoring
