  • Verify and posts transactions to journals , ledgers and other record
  • Maintain supporting schedules for certain accounts
  • Prepare statement , invoices and vouchers to be ready for journal entries
  • May handle reconciliations
  • May specialize in one area of the accounting function
     
Qualifications
  • Male/Female with max. 28 years old
  • S1 from reputable university majoring in accounting
  • At least 2 years working experience
  • Having experience in audit firm and an shipping/logistics industry is an advantage

§  Knowledge in Windows server administration, active directory, DNS, Exchange Server, VMWare.
§  Maintain network servers such as file servers, backup device, printers, router, switch, firewall.
 
Qualifications:
§  University degree in IT with min. 4 to 16 years of related IT work experience preferred in a multi-cultural environment
§  Professional certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, PMI and IT Security are added advantage
§  Excellent IT technical solution capabilities, good knowledge of business system and excellent problem solving skills
§  Good written and oral communication in English
§  With experience in project management skills
