2. Business Analyst

Job Purpose: Responsibilities for addressing client requests and providing effective
solutions, assisting team members to gather and define requirements, assisting
the Project Manager to scope and estimate timeframes and deliverables and
conduct research and analysis of projects.

Education & Experience:

Informatics/ Management
·         Minimum of 7 years working in IT industry
·         Proven experience working directly with external
clients and preparing business cases

3. Network Operations

Job Purpose: responsible for configure, manage and troubleshoot the network and central offices for
trouble;perform test procedures and analyze test results to
isolate and determine the type of service problem at hand, and  assist in restoration of service.

Education & Experience:
·         S1
Information Technology
·         Minimum of 4 years working in IT Infrastructure
environment
·         Experience maintaining servers for standard
Internet services such as DNS, SMTP, DHCP, mail, web, printing, and FTP
service; experience with load-balancing systems in a .NET development
environment
·      Experience in a LAN/WAN Environment supporting a
high availability switched network and edge router systems

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
·         Strong knowledge in Network design and inplementation as well as Network Hardware
configuration
·         Demonstrated proficiency with all aspects of the Network
Management
·         Understand Firewall Administration, and Load Balancing and Scalability

4. Database Administrator

Job Purpose: Responsible for the
performance, integrity and security of a database, includesplanning, development and
troubleshooting

·         Experienced  Oracle Database system

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
·         Certified
ADB Oracle
·         Familiarity
with computer systems and database technology

5. IT Admin (desktop)

Job Purpose: Create, delete and manage user accounts,
grant/revoke access to network folders/shares and add/remove users from mail
groups and distribution lists.

·         Minimum of 3 years working in IT industry
·         Experienced in GED

6. IT Operations (server)

Job Purpose: Deliver and support cost
effective infrastructure for client/server applications to meet the
applications technical requirements;  supporting
the technical infrastructure of the company’s business applications.

Education & Experince:

·         Minimum of 3 years working in IT industry
·         Experienced in GED

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
·         Knowledge in network protocols and methods including Ethernet
switching, TCP/IP, DNS, SNMP
·         Good understanding of the most recent versions of Windows Server and
Operating Systems

7. Data Analytics

Job Purpose: Analyse customer and operational data and produce
analysis which is accurate and can be relied on to a high level of confidence.

Analysis

Job Purpose: Responsible for the technical integrity of projects while providing
technical guidance. Lead on assigned production projects and works with
technical leadership to perform evaluation and feasibility reviews of creative concepts
and technology solution.

for production, modification and maintenance of websites and web application’s
user interfaces.

·     Excellent internet applications knowledge combined with the
knowledge of website design and development

13. Web Developer

Job Purposes: Responsible for developing and releasing web applications for both customer use and internal corporate use, as well as contributing to all aspects of the product development and release cycle

·         Experience developing applications in PHP, SQL,
