IT Staff Needed at Kalimantan

Dibawah ini requirement technical dari kami :
Responsibilities:

• Give technical support to user/client (PC, notebook, hardware, printer, network, phone, cabling)
• Perform tasks related to component server and workstation (PC and Notebooks) installation, connection, configuration, integration, testing and troubleshooting
• Establish system security measures and regularly audit security related actions performed by users in
• Maintain antivirus configuration and updates
• Identify, diagnose, monitor and troubleshoot problems and factors affecting network performance and be able to keep downtime to a minimum
• Maintain e-mail environment, including messaging and groupware infrastructure, and overall strong knowledge of latest advancements in data communications
• Performs backup system and files
Requirements:
• Single/Maks 30 Years old
• Male, Min D3 majoring in computer science
• At least 4 years of experience in Technical Support
• Familiar with Windows Server 2008 Enterprise R2 (DNS, AD, Domain Controller, etc) & Microsoft Exchange 2010.
• Depth knowledge in Networking Device (Mikrotik, UTM, Firewall, Routers & Switching).
• Strong knowledge for troubleshooting issue & Corporate Anti Virus.
• Preferable having VoIP & telephony knowledge
• Preferable CCNA/CNAP/MTCNA or MCTS
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Positive attitude towards changes, challenge and new ideas, result and team oriented, able to work under pressure and self-motivated
• Having good reporting method
• Willing to be place in Tering (Kutai Barat) & all Kalimantan area
