• 4-5 years hands on experience with Cisco Telephony or Avaya Systems
• Performs IP Telephony administration work, supporting Cisco IP Telephony
and Unity voicemail infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications products such as Call Manager,
• Call Manager Express, Contact Center & Unity.
• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Voice Gateways – VoIP
• Knowledge of voice protocols (H323, MGCP, SIP, Skinny, etc)
• Troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) IP telephony
System.
• Certifications: CCNA (Voice), CCVP
• Fluent Japanese Speaking is must
