Qualifications :
- Male, Age Max. 25 years
- Min Diploma Degree from Informatic IPK min. 3:00
- Good English
- Fresh Graduated or Min 1 year experience as IT Technical Support
- Ability to handle any customers complaint with a good communication skill
- Experience on implementing of LAN/Proxy/Mail Server
- Experience on Installing & configuring computer systems, Monitoring & maintaining computer systems and networks, Troubleshooting systems network problems, diagnosis and solving hardware/software faults.
- Expert on computer hardware, software , network device and Windows Operating Systems
- Open-minded (keep to learn new technologies / platform / tools)
