providers and businesses. The company has three products: MailSite,
AstraSync and AstraChat. MailSite is an email, chat, calendar and contact
management software server that is used by tens of thousands of customers to
host more than 10 million mailboxes worldwide. AstraSync is a BlackBerry
application which allows you to sync your email, calendar and contacts over
the air. AstraChat is a cross-platform mobile chat and push mail
application.

*Job Summary: *The primary goal is to deliver first class support services
to AstraChat users. Support services are delivered to customers through
telephone, chat, e-mail and web forum.



Handle 1st line support for AstraChat via phone, email, and chat

Proactively monitor the AstraChat support forum

Analyze, reproduce and resolve technical problems

Document, replicate and escalate bugs & malfunctions

Test new builds and releases

Working on different projects as the need arises



*Qualifications Required: *



Experience working at a technical help desk

Experience with end-user support

Excellent working knowledge of BlackBerry devices

Excellent working knowledge of Nokia devices

Thorough, well organized work habits

Ability to work under pressure/handle multiple tasks

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Must enjoy working with people and alongside colleagues

Must have good customer skills



*Additional Considerations: *



Working knowledge of other chat applications (eBuddy, mig33, etc)

Multilingual English/Indonesian a plus
