VACANCY - INVOICE ADMIN (TEMPORARY)

INVOICE ADMIN (TEMPORARY)

Responsibilities
•    Handling invoice (for Rental & Service /document movement, including prepare, copy & scan invoice & invoice’s supporting documents (Berita Acara, Time sheet, Rincian Biaya, etc.)
•    Support in closing process
•    Follow up with other related parties within Company to complete invoice document;
•    Visit to client for follow up;
•    Filing & record.

Requirements
•    SMK (Vocational High school) with min 1 year experience in the same position, or Diploma, preferably majoring in accounting. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
•    Accuracy, attention to detail, well organized.
•    Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
•    Able to speak and understand English is a must would be an advantage.
•    Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

•    Jakarta Selatan Office Based
