Position: Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager

Responsible for all activity in sales, marketing & communication efforts of eNetwoQ center and to achieve the center’s goals

Responsibilities:

·         Plan and implement all strategic, overall sales, marketing & communications program for eNetwoQ

·         Monitor eNetwoQ Web site registered

·         Develop and implement a customer relations program and other duties as assigned by Supervisor

·         Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines

Qualifications:

·         Position requires flexibility in working hours and high mobility

·         Having in Excellent communication skills

·         Flexible outlook towards task management

·         Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business administration, marketing, advertising, journalism, communications or related field

·         At least 1-year experience in sales & marketing  for Executive and 3-5 years for Manager

·         Preferred have experience marketing with a strong focus on B2B/hospitality marketing

·         Ability to prepare a marketing budget and  calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, etc., related to daily job responsibilities

Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Responsible for all activity in sales, marketing & communication using digital marketing

Responsibilities:

·         Create effective marketing campaign using graphics or video content

·         Determine which social media programs should be utilized

·         Monitor the site traffic to ensure campaign success

·         Maintain a company’s blog, social media sites and its contents

·         Seek out the clients who interested in using social media to increase product awareness

Qualifications:

·         Having excellent in marketing, writing, communication, and computer skills. A good understanding of social media marketing techniques is also required

·         Someone who enjoys social media, writing, business, and marketing

·         A good understanding of viral marketing techniques and digital marketing

·         Familiarity and knowledgeable with graphics design and video editor

Position: Tele Marketing

Responsible to support Sales & Marketing team activity

Responsibilities:

·         Create effective marketing campaign using telecommunication and social media

·         Determine and follow-up marketing via tele to ensure campaign success

·         Maintain existing client database and create new candidate customers

·         Seek out the clients who interested in using telecommunication and social media to increase product awareness

Qualifications:

·         Having excellent in negotiation skills especially with excellent conversation

·         Someone who enjoys in business, marketing and communication area.

·         A good understanding of viral marketing techniques and digital marketing

·         Familiarity and knowledgeable with telecommunication & social media technology

·         Having a good sound of voice

·         Prefered female

Position: Training Designer & Quality

Responsible for all concept, design, content and quality of training

Responsibilities:

·         Create and design content of training program with high quality

·         Ensure all program activity going run with high standard quality

·         Monitor quality design of Training program

Qualifications:

·         Having knowledge application software

·         Familiar with Ms. Office and Windows Media

·         Experience at least 1 year create and design content of training program with high quality

·         Having sense of art to make creativity for improvement module

·         Having a good listener especially understanding customer needs
