PT. Altus Logistics Services Indonesia is a leading provider of integrated logistics services to the Energy sector in Indonesia.  Our company has grown in Indonesia and Southeast Asia over the years and continues to expand worldwide to encompass over 700 employees and 35 offices in 11 countries. 
We are searching for a Tender Admin Supervisor who has a good administration skill especially in managing the tender process and submission in all Energy sector. The main objective for this position is to provide the leadership and direction to Tender Team in preparing all necessary documents with regards to tender as well as ensure the tender document is correctly organized, completed, and submitted without any delay. This position will be based in Jakarta and reporting to Commercial Manager.  Candidate for this position will be expected to:
  • Hired as contract employee and work location at Jakarta.
  • Able to Lead and provide the directions to Tender Team for each tasks refer to Tender Preparation Procedure.
  • Able to Understand and able to explain local bidding regulations from the administrative point of view to colleagues.
  • Able to check, ensure and organize the preparation of tender documents and ensure those documents fulfill the tender requirements.
  • Able to organize and ensure the deliverance of daily tender announcements and follow up with related departments for the tender registration.
  • Able to monitor and analyze the tender process in order to develop and improve tender team performance..
Your Profile and Strengths: Graduated with Diploma or Bachelor program, majoring in Business Administration, Secretary or any related major,  excellent in communication skill (Bahasa  and English), familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Visio and have min 1-2 years’ experience handling tender process in Energy industry is a plus.  Ability to combine deadline, multitasking, having proactive & positive attitude in team work and fast respond on company order that regular and systematic.
