Key Responsibilities:
  • ·         Employee file maintenance; Maintaining & updating employee details on the intranet
  • ·         Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
  • ·         Support to Human Resource Management team in relation to all aspects of the Human Resource function which may include: organizing training events; assisting with the preparation of induction documents; assisting line manager with the preparation of reports.
  • ·         Monitor staff performance.
  • ·         Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
  • ·         Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization;
  • ·         Planning and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new staff;
  • ·         Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
  • ·         Recruitment Arrangement, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates; Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
  • ·         Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
  • ·         Undertake the formalities & facilities duties including but not limited for expatriates employees: visa and work permit applications; labor permit (UU No.7 Year 1981 & Perda No.6 Year 2004); company regulation;
  • ·         Arrangement of accommodation for expatriate.
  • ·         Negotiating with staff and handling any industrial issues;
  • ·         Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;

 
Education Requirements:
·         Bachelor Degree qualifications in Business Administration, Law, Labour Economics, Psychologycal
 
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • ·      Basic understanding of principles of labour and employment legislation within the relevant jurisdiction(s).
  • ·         Intermediate written and spoken communication skills including some negotiation skills
  • ·      Intermediate organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes on occasion.
  • ·  Intermediate skills in at least two areas of Human Resource function including: recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation & benefits, strategic human resources, performance management, organisation health and safety, working with foreign nationals.
  • ·      A positive attitude and willingness to learn Human Resources and business administrative processes are important in this position.
  • ·         Intermediate spoken and written English skills are also required.

 
Years of Experience Required:
·         A minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience in either a Human Resources or Administrative position
