Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Human Resource/Management
from reputable university
·
Fluent in English both spoken and written is
mandatory
·
Experience min. 5 years in Organization
Development
·
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specializing
in Development or equivalent
·
Have a deep understanding in Human
Resources concept, especially in managing people and change management
·
Master of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word
& Power Point)
·
Excellent Team Player
·
Good Interpersonal Relationship Skills
(Leadership, Managerial, Communication , Patience)
·
Detail oriented and able to work under
pressure
