HC ADMIN & RECRUITMENT (CODE: HCA)

Qualification:

- Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University (Human Resource Management)

- Preferable Graduated from Physiology 

- Prepare a Business Travel Latter
- Creating contract drafting for new or extend personnel
- Preparing invoice (reimbursement medical, salary)
- Counting employee's overtime (time-sheet)
- Updating and filing all about insurance (such as employees in & out, excess claim)
- Input & Count data for Jamsostek & BPJS (new hire)
- Report Monthly Data Management of Human Resource
- Prepare schedule for interview and make an Invitation to candidates

- Prepare Interview Process & Testing
