VACANCY: LEGAL ASSISTANT MANAGER

LEGAL ASSISTANT MANAGER

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Providing legal services in Corporate and Transaction function

-          Providing legal advisory services
Providing assistance in drafting professional and strategic advice

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          Max. 35 years old

-          Bachelor degree majoring Law from a reputable university

-          5 years experiences in a reputable law firms/multinational companies/Public Company (Tbk.)

-          High proficiency in English (verbal and written)

-          Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills

-          Good knowledge in corporate laws, commercial laws and contracts laws

-          Able to work independently
